The HCL Series high tonnage hydraulic cylinders are fitted with lock nuts that provide secure mechanical load retention over long periods of time. These single acting load return cylinders contain fewer parts than other types, making them easier to use and maintain. All high tonnage cylinders are equipped with a number of special features to ensure the durability, safety and performance required for large construction projects. These features include low wear high pressure seals, replaceable composite plunger support bearings and rugged nitrocarburized surfaces, lock nuts and plungers.
