Long stroke hydraulic cylinder

The RR Series double acting high tonnage industrial cylinders are designed for lifting and maintenance applications. All models feature a tilting saddle to reduce the risk of damage from side loads and an integral stop ring for stroke limiting as standard.

Collar thread and plunger thread for easy fixing
Enamel paint for improved corrosion resistance
Removable hardened saddle protects the plunger during lifting and pressing
Built-in safety valve prevents accidental overpressure
Plunger wipers reduce contamination and extend cylinder life
Integral stop ring provides piston blowout protection
Double acting, hydraulic return
Hardened and chrome-plated pistons reduce wear and corrosion
Hardened alloy steel guide rings eliminate overtravel and provide support to reduce wear from eccentric loads
High-strength composite bearings provide support for eccentric loads without damaging the cylinder wall

The manufacturer's load and stroke ratings are maximum safe limits. Good practice encourages using only 80% of these ratings!
